River Park Square plans family Halloween event Oct. 31
The downtown event includes merchant treats, a costume show, crafts and an aerial performance.
River Park Square will host River Park SCARE! on Saturday, October 31, from noon to 3 p.m. Families can visit participating merchants for Halloween treats, make a craft in the atrium and watch children display their costumes at 1 p.m. Aerialists will perform at 2 p.m. above the River Park Square Atrium.
